CiSf News 2/8/17: New Foundry Name, Hussar 2.29 RC2 Release.

Cannot Into Space Fonts is now KineticPlasma Fonts. We will release new fonts with both foundry names if they were started prior to the renaming of Cannot Into Space Fonts, fonts started afterward will only have the new foundry name. We are currently working on updating our profiles to the new foundry name, and a new logo will be drawn in the future.

Hussar News:
Hussar 2.29 "Millennial" Release Candidate 2 (RC2) has been released on our OneDrive and on FontSpace as an update to Hussar Preview. The next Hussar 2.29 update will be released under the new foundry name and will likely release by the end of 2018 (maybe late 2017 if things go well).

Other News:
One of the first planned new releases with the new name is a project being worked on by Jasper, which will have more details added in the future.

  1. Dafont.com is a site where you can download a ton of free fonts. You can search for a specific typeface, or search by the type of lettering you want, whether it’s serif or sans serif, hand lettered or grunge style. You can also put in your own phrase to see how it looks in a particular font. A lot of these fonts are very decorative and many are handdrawn, so it’s not always the best place to search for body text fonts. Each selection also tells you whether your download is free for personal or commercial use. The download is easy – you get a zip file with the font file inside. Unzip, install, and you’re ready to go.
